1.small crest label on the neck. Roi de Suede. 2. Long thin label across shoulder - with Soleil printed each side and Augier printed in the middle- centre portion of this label is circular. 3. Main label has Augier Freres &Co at the top In the centre a crest with 35 cl to the left of it and 40% to the right. Below that is Cognac. Below that to the right is in French but says at the end 1643 ?Maison( Ratson?) Fondee En 1643. On left side of label there is an image of a gentleman in robes and a big wig of around 17th century with part of his outfit blue with fleur de lys on and a crown on a stand to the left, he’s holding a staff of some sort.

Story:

Dad was a long distance trans continental lorry driver - he brought it home from his travels in France, no- one drank cognac in the family, always looked too pretty to open too, parents now passed away and I have the bottle , still full and sealed.
